Individuals requiring an official invitation letter for visa or attendance authorisation purposes are requested to email sasa@velocityvision.co.za to receive a personalised letter.

Kindly note that delegates must be registered and have completed payment for the FULL CONGRESS to request a letter of invitation.

The letter of invitation serves as an official document to facilitate the processing of visas and other documents required for single entry to attend the congress. All delegates are responsible for the payment of all fees and expenses related to their participation in the Congress, visa applications, and any necessary health and travel insurance.

Please note that this invitation does not include any financial assistance, such as waived fees, financial support, or accommodation. Any misuse of this document may be subject to legal action.
